A tropical-inspired hotel in the heart of Miami, The Gates Hotel South Beach will be kicking off National Yoga Month by offering wellness-focused travelers an early morning session every Friday and Saturday at 9 a.m. within the property’s 24/7 Fitness Center. Yoga and Yolks at Shooters Waterfront
Head to Shooters Waterfront this September for the eatery’s weekly Saturday “Yoga & Yolks” series for a healthy and refreshing start to the weekend. The free, one hour yoga session takes place on Shooters’ scenic waterfront lawn from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m. each Saturday morning. Following a rejuvenating class, Shooters invites yogis to indulge in a healthy all-you-can-eat brunch buffet for $40 per person, bottomless mimosas and Bloody Marys for $20 per person, an a la carte menu and scenic waterfront views of the Intracoastal Waterway. Yoga on the Green at the Keys Collection
With on-site fitness expert Kiara Wilson, The Keys Collection will celebrate National Yoga Month every Saturday and Sunday in September by hosting a complimentary yoga class starting at 9 a.m. at the Sunset Green, a lush 12,105 sq. ft. lawn situated between The Gates Hotel Key West and 24° North Hotel. The class, which is free for hotel guests, includes mats and supplies. Locals can also partake for $10, which includes admission to hotel outdoor amenities for the day. Children accompanied by adults can join the class for free.
