Today at Apple is a popular in-store program designed to engage Apple fans around the globe via educational, interactive, and socially stimulating workshops. Pitched as a “modern day town hall,” the Today at Apple workshops span a variety of topics from photography, video, and music, to coding, art, and now health & fitness.

The two Health & Fitness tracks, which are available weekly at all eight Apple locations – Aventura, Boca Raton, Fort Lauderdale, Miami Beach, Brickell, Dadeland, The Falls, and Palm Beach Gardens – are dubbed Health & Fitness Skills and Health & Fitness Walk.

The Health & Fitness Skills helps users get familiar with the Health app on their iPhone, making it easy to track four key areas: Activity, Mindfulness, Nutrition, and Sleep. Learn how to set up Medical ID and connect to other apps in the Health & Fitness category where you can view your health data in one convenient place, monitor your progress, and start reaching your goals.

The Health & Fitness Walk, co-created with celebrity fitness trainer Jeanette Jenkins and Apple’s Jay Blahnik, helps guests discover how small changes can make a big impact on daily fitness. Guided by an Apple Creative, you’ll learn how to reach attainable goals, track your progress using Apple Watch, and establish fun and healthy habits to stay motivated.
