The largest yoga conference in Florida will return for a fifth year to the Broward County Convention Center on January 11th. Under Arianne Traverso’s leadership, the Yoga Expo includes access to unlimited classes and workshops with dozens of styles and quiet meditation rooms. The Yoga Expo will feature a marketplace with eco-friendly vendors, seven indoor stages, live music, and acro yoga shows. The expo’s mission is to focus on informing and empowering the community to make healthy lifestyle choices for the body and mind.
This year features 50-minute yoga classes for everyone from kids to advanced yogis led by over 60 nationally recognized instructors and local favorites such as Salila Thuy, Terri Cooper Space, Rosa Santana, Alex Isaaev, Mande White Pearl, Arianne Om, and more. Meditation classes, power vinyasa classes, and mindfulness workshops will be on the schedule as well. Yoga apparel & accessories from brands including RAD Roller, Buddha Pants, Funky Yoga, Whitmee Tee’s, DoTerra and more will be available for purchase.
Yogis can expect all styles of yoga including Issa Vinyasa, Restorative & Aromatherapy, Prenatal Flow, Yoga Stretch, Yin Yoga, Gentle Yoga, Release Restore, Kirtan Immersion, Yoga Therapy, Rainbow Flow, Skanda Yoga, Reiki-Infused Yoga, Power Yoga, Yoni Yoga, Yoga Psychology, Mindful Hatha, Vinyasa Flow, Aroma Yoga, amazing lectures and unique styles.
The Yoga Expo is open to all levels from beginners to seasoned yogis, in addition to a kids zone and family yoga classes. It provides a learning experience for those that want to know more about what yoga entails from poses to lecture-based classes. It’s meant to celebrate yoga accessibility to every one by bringing all different yoga styles together under one roof.
