Did COVID-19 ruin your summer race plans? The good news is that you can still get outside and keep running even if you have to do it solo. Running is great for both your physical and mental health, as is stepping outside of your quarantine quarters every once in a while.
Whether making up for a canceled run, training for a future race, or feeling ready to take on a challenge with your new-found skill, consider signing up for a virtual race this summer. Several South Florida running organizations have put together events that will still let you run, clock in your time, and collect race swag.
