Miami Battles the 2016 Crossfit Games Open Workout 16.1

It's here. Crossfitters worldwide gathered around their livestream Thursday night for the start of the 2016 Reebok Crossfit Games. To narrow the competition field from hundreds of thousands (over 272,000 entered in 2015) to the top 40 in men's, women's, teams, teenagers and 200 masters, the Games host what is known as The Open. For the next 5 weeks, competitors will be challenged with a new workout. A cumulative score will be calculated with the top athletes moving on to the Regional competitions. Thursday's 16.1 workout was an especially brutal one that gave Miami crossfitters quite the challenge. Let's see how they did.Want your photo or video to be featured in the 16.2 workout?
