Jenna Guadagni wanted to step-up her spiritual game. So she did what anyone else would do. She spent the last year in Shaman School (yes, that’s a thing), traveling back and forth to Nashville, Tennessee learning energy and crystal healing techniques.
Now, she is taking her life’s work – all of that spiritual knowledge and her advanced yoga teacher certification, to completely refresh and rebrand her spiritual spot in Coconut Grove known as the Buddha Shack. The newly energized space, which moved to a new location directly across the street, is simply called, Buddha Grove.
“Coconut Grove is my home. It’s where I live, work and raise my daughter,” says Guadagni. “I feel so connected to the community and the people. I love being able to offer a safe space for residents of all ages to practice movement and mindfulness within walking and/or biking distance.”

“You can still expect to have a cozy “living room” space where you can hangout on the couch, use the wifi and chat,” says Guadagni. “We also still have our signature hip hop classes in the evenings and our Buddha Burn classes in the afternoons.”
