The Buddha Farm Yoga Co-op Grand Opening Party

South Florida’s first yoga co-op is opening their doors to say hello to their community with a grand opening party. Festivities will begin with a one hour “Rock Your Asana” dynamic flow led by Phylice Kesseler, followed by drinks and delicious treats from The Mindful Chef in The Buddha Farm’s courtyard. Miami Beach Fit Fest

The 2nd annual Miami Beach Fit Fest will be taking place on the 12th and 13th of this month at the North Beach Bandshell. Multiple events will be taking place through the weekend – from a 1 mile swim and 5k to fitness classes, farmer’s market, beach soccer and a crossfit challenge – so check out their website for a full schedule of events. Proceeds benefit the H2OS Foundation which works to eradicated drowning in South Florida.

Yoga Day at Marlin’s Stadium with Lizzett Chiappy Eskert

Join Green Monkey Coral Gables and the Miami Marlins for a baseball game (Miami Marlins vs. San Diego Padres) followed by a VIP yoga class on the field.
