Are you ready to live the Sweat Life? Join lululemon on Saturday, February 1st, for Training Camp – a 60-minute, HIIT workout that will challenge your strength, endurance, mobility, and agility.

Led by lululemon’s South Florida Ambassadors, Training Camp will be broken into four quarters, or stations, that everyone will get a chance to experience. Push your limits, challenge your friends, and meet new people of the lululemon Sweat Life community!

Of course, the event will feature lots of exciting features and surprises. Here’s a little of what you can expect!

  • A 60-minute HIIT workout led by our lululemon South Florida ambassadors and local community instructors
  • A post-workout after-party tailgate with DJ Anthony Tom, food and healthy beverages, and tailgate games
  • Registration is $20 and all proceeds will go to AIM, an organization created by one of lululemon’s Aventura Ambassadors, Derek Waddy which provides afterschool yoga and mindfulness programs to local Miami high schools
  • Registration includes the workout, entrance to the Tailgate after-party, and a lululemon top
  • Event is RAIN or SHINE (ok, moderate rain- Thundershowers will be the exception)

This sounds like the perfect run-up to Super Bowl Sunday. Tickets are going to go quickly for this one, especially with a free lululemon shirt with registration!
