Rise Nation Miami

You’ve probably seen D. Wade, LeBron and other star athletes putting time in on the Versa Climber. Well, this 30-minute, high-intensity climb, puts the Versa Climber center stage as a solo act, that activates all the major muscle groups in your body. Sweat with some of Miami’s top fitness trainers throughout the week at this Design District favorite.

Anatomy

Anatomy has tripled in size in the matter of months, opening studios in Midtown Miami and the 1 Hotel South Beach, to complement it’s flagship studio in Sunset Harbour. Guests can hit the gym solo, work with a personal trainer, or take one of the many group classes like Ignite, Body Battle Xtreme, Booty Blast, Kettle Flow, Get Jacq’d and more.

Elev8tion Fitness

Downtown Miami’s Elev8tion Fitness might not befamiliar to all, but for those who love to hit to gym solo, or work with apersonal trainer, it’s the go-to spot in town. Fitness celebs and influencersflock daily to the warehouse space, filled with the best equipment - and thatwas all before the recent square footexpansion. The new addition houses even more turf space, and makes room forgroup fitness that you won’t want to miss.

TruFusion Coral Gables

A.Rod’s neighborhood favoriteTruFusion offers a variety of programming that any fitness enthusiast can’thelp but gush over. TruFusion packs the studio walls for TRX, Circuit Training,Pilates, Yoga, Spinning, Bootcamp, Boxing and more. We recommend trying some ofthe heated classes to mix things up. TruFusion’s community vibes make it amust-try studio in 2019.

SOL Yoga

SOL Yoga burst onto the scene in 2018, first opening its flagship location in Wynwood, and then later announcing an expansion to Fort Lauderdale. The stunning 2,200 square foot facility has attracted some of Miami’s most coveted Yoga instructors to teach in their heated space. We recommend dropping in for class with Dan Phalen.

Society Fitness

Formerly known as Society Barbell& Fitness, Society Fitness went through a rebranding in late 2018 to caterto the growing Brickell crowd. This neighborhood favorite sits right on theMiami River, allowing you to take in the gorgeous views as you sweat through theirrevamped Society Performance class that bootcamp andHIIT lovers can’t stop raving over.

Barry’s Bootcamp

Barry’s Bootcamp is one of themost popular workouts in the country let alone Miami, with loyalists flockingfrom all over. Now with three South Florida locations in South Beach, MidtownMiami, and Aventura, Barry’s Bootcamp sports a talented lineup of instructorsthat will leave you dripping in sweat … and loving it.

Exhale

With locations in South Beach, Downtown Miami, and Aventura, Exhale has a can’t miss offering of Yoga, Barrer, HIIT and more. It doesn’t hurt that Exhale’s locations are at some of the most beautiful hotel properties in the 305. We recommend dropping in for a class with Jessica Schreiner on South Beach.

Sweat 440

This boutique, circuit-styled studio, is arguably one of 2018’s most popular new gym openings. Settled in the uber-popular Sunset Harbour neighborhood on South Beach, Sweat 440 features four, 10-minute stations, that work various muscle groups. The setup allows for owners Cody Patrick and Matt Miller to mix and match muscle groups, exercises, and equipment, making it a can’t miss workout.

SoccerShape

If you’re looking for something very non-traditional in your workout, the SoccerShape should be your next stop. Inspired from their training as Miami FC members, founders Mason Trafford Rhett Bernstein, and Jonathan Borrajo have fused together easy-to-do soccer drills, with a bootcamp twist. Guests will sweat at some unique and exciting locations around the 305, getting a glimpse of what its like to train like a pro.
