Studio Three unites three of the most popular fitness modalities, interval training, cycling, yoga with three dedicated studios under one roof. Founded in Chicago, Studio Three's latest studio in Wynwood is their fifth location in the U.S.

Each studio in the 9,000-square-foot space cultivates a mood tailored to the specific fitness modality:
- Interval - The interval studio, crafted for workouts centered on timed bursts of energy, features rowers, treadmills, custom-designed S3 benches, and weights. Linear lighting with deep electric blue sets the mood for an upbeat workout.
- Cycle - The rounded cycle theater focuses the rider's attention on the instructor. S3 Cycle is designed to build endurance, speed and overall body strength. Each class is unique featuring best-in-class choreography, dramatic lighting effects and feel-it-in-your-soul playlists – creating the ultimate motivational experience.
- Yoga - In this studio, a soft glow envelops yogis from all angles inviting them to indulge in their choice of Yoga Flow or Yoga Strength classes. Featuring custom mats, weights, bands, blocks and other accessories, the space was designed to accommodate both formats. Offering the options of 3x3 - a controlled, 45-minute class in a moderately heated room; Hi-Def - an intense, full body workout; or Inferno 50 - a 50-minute, yoga strength-inspired class in a heated room set to 90 degrees, the choices are endless.
Some of the amenities at Studio Three include 90-minutes of validated parking, complimentary cycle shoes, yoga mats, and towel service, and locker rooms with showers and dressing areas complete with Dyson blow-dry stations and grooming products.
