TruFusion Coral Gables

Society Fitness
Formerly known as Society Barbell & Fitness, Society Fitness went through a rebranding in late 2018 to cater to the growing Brickell crowd. This neighborhood favorite sits right on the Miami River, allowing you to take in the gorgeous views as you sweat through their revamped Society Performance class that bootcamp and HIIT lovers can’t stop raving over.
Barry’s Bootcamp
Itshouldn’t come as a shock that Barry’s Bootcamp made this list. Legacy Fit
There’sno messing around at Legacy Fit. Guests show up for arguably the hardestworkout in town, and are not disappointed. Founded by Manning Sumner in 2008,Legacy Fit has been one of the most popular workouts in the 305 for the lastdecade. Now with locations in Coral Gables and Doral, Legacy Fit is serving upthe #NoDaysOff movement to anyone up for the gritty challenge.
B-Fit
Justsouth of Little Haiti, across from Morning Side Park sits B-Fit Biscayne. Thisboutique studio is a neighborhood favorite, helmed by owner, Sam Simpson. Dropin for a full-body bootcamp, and recover with their in-house treatment team – MyoRenew,led by Andy Fortuna.
Sweat 440
This boutique, circuit-styled studio, is arguably one of 2018’s most popular new gym openings. Settled in the uber-popular Sunset Harbour neighborhood on South Beach, Sweat 440 features four, 10-minute stations, that work various muscle groups. The setup allows for owners Cody Patrick and Matt Miller to mix and match muscle groups, exercises, and equipment, making it a can’t miss workout.
Equinox
Withstudios in Aventura, Brickell, Coral Gables and South Beach, Equinox is one ofthe main players of fitness in Miami. SoccerShape
If you’re looking for something very non-traditional in your workout, the SoccerShape should be your next stop. Inspired from their training as Miami FC members, founders Mason Trafford Rhett Bernstein, and Jonathan Borrajo have fused together easy-to-do soccer drills, with a bootcamp twist. Guests will sweat at some unique and exciting locations around the 305, getting a glimpse of what its like to train like a pro.
Stunna’s Fit
SouthMiami’s fan favorite Stunna’s Fit is a can’t miss workout in 2019. This is oneof those workouts where you are constantly pushed to your limits in a good way,and leave wanting more. The high-energy workout features various types ofequipment, with trainers that bring the energy. We recommend dropping in forclass with owner Gabriel “Stunna” Varona, but there’s no going wrong here.
