Miami Heat legendDwayne Wade, and his wife, actress Gabriel Union, helped launch a new campaignfor Gatorade Zero.
Look closely, and you’ll notice that the duo shot a few scenes in the entertaining spot at Anatomy – one of STAY FIT 305’s “Miami Gyms You Need to Try in 2019.”
“I thinkit’s great because we’re both in the gym all the time working out,” Wade told Essence.com. “My wife is an athlete too,and even though I’m looked at as this NBA super athlete, in a couple of monthsI’m gonna be just an old, a former athlete.”
This is one of thefirst projects the couple has done together, and based on what we watched, wehope it’s not their last.
“Thecampaign opens the door on how we explore athleticism,” Jill Abbot, head ofconsumer and athlete engagement at Gatorade, told Adweek. “It pushes us to broadenhow we show and support athletes.”
