BodyTek Weston Becomes Fifth South Florida BodyTek Fitness Location

BodyTek Weston celebrated their Grand Opening on October 6 as the fifth location of the high-intensity interval training (HIIT) and circuit training gym, BodyTek Fitness.Clients of all fitness levels can expect challenging, full body workouts at BodyTek Weston. Classes incorporate an assortment of equipment including free weights, kettlebells, battle ropes, and TRX suspension trainers, and during the hour-long workout, participants are led by motivating instructors who provide guided assistance to help achieve personal fitness goals.This studio is designed for class sizes up to 24 clients and classes are scheduled daily from 5:30 am to 9:00 pm. The bright, clean atmosphere, combined with a fun mashup of music will help you get the most out of your workout.
