Barry's X features both live and on-demand classes across the web and mobile apps, bringing Barry's signature Red Room intimacy, atmosphere, and camaraderie to a screen near you.
With in-person studios located in Aventura, South Beach, and Midtown, Barry's is the high-energy interval training workout that helped define the boutique fitness movement. Founded in 1998, the signature Barry's method has remained the same for the past 23 years because it works: a 50 minute class can burn up to 1,000 calories, increase lean body mass, and raise metabolic rate up to 15%.
In 2020, Barry's introduced Barry's At-Home and Barry's Outdoors allowing Barry's members to sweat together, live, utilizing Bodyweight, Bands, Weights and Treadmill & Weights classes.
