Bolay in Brickell Will Celebrate Grand Opening with a Week of Free Bols

Bolay is coming to Brickell at the end of this month! You will be able to find the chain's latest location at 801 Brickell Ave.

This fast-casual restaurant specializes in healthy bols built with fresh ingredients and customized by you. Bolay has something for everyone with gluten-free, vegan, and vegetarian options. You start with a base, which includes options like cilantro noodles or forbidden black rice, and top it with roasted veggies and perfectly seasoned protein. Featured proteins include BBQ chicken, savory miso glazed tofu, and spicy Thai shrimp. Each bol is topped with add-ons like fresh cilantro and parmesan cheese and followed by signature sauces.
