Carrot Express Opens Newest Location in West Boca

Carrot Express opened their doors in West Boca this week, bringing their nourishing foods to a 2nd location in Palm Beach County. Since 1993, Carrot Express founder Mario Laufer has been on a mission to create Miami’s healthiest dishes with a flavorful twist.

The menu has something for every kind of dietary restriction including a wide range of salads, smoothies, bowls, wraps, fresh pressed juices and smoothies.

Carrot Express West Boca is located at 20642 State Road 7 in the Shadowwood Plaza in Boca Raton. Hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 8 am until 9 pm, and Saturday and Sunday, 9 am until 9 pm. Delivery and takeout orders can be made directly through the Carrot Express website.

There are 7 additional locations coming soon, including Fort Lauderdale, Pinecrest, Plantation, Pembroke Pines, West Kendall, and, their first location outside of Florida, in New York City.
