ClassPass releases an annual report on the fitness trends that they observed throughout the year. Here are some of the highlights from the latest report!

How We Worked Out in 2021


This is the first time that dance made it into the top 10!

When We Are Working Out

Most popular day of the week: Tuesday

Most popular rest day: Sunday

  • With Sunday coming in as the most popular rest day, we are getting back to our pre-pandemic routines of slightly more social weekends and setting fitness intentions earlier in the week.

Most popular workout duration: 60 minutes

  • If we are stopping by fitness studios, we are going to make it count with a one-hour workout!

Working From Home and Working Out

People are twice as likely to discover and sample a new fitness class or studio they have never visited on the days they work from home. After all, testing a new class is the perfect change of scenery after working in a home office all day.
