Fitness Study Offers Free 3-Month Exercise Program and Health Assessments

The University of Miami is looking for participants in an upcoming study on blood vessel health, body composition, and aerobic fitness, and they want to pay you to workout!

This 3-month program includes a 30-minute exercise program three times weekly for 12 weeks that can be done virtually via Zoom, or in-person at Sexy Sassy Strong in Brickell. The total time commitment also includes one hour of laboratory testing both before and after the program. Upon completion, participants will also be compensated for their time.

Volunteers for the study should meet the following criteria:

  • Age between 18 and 45
  • Gender is female
  • BMI is between 25 and 45
  • Non smokers
  • Fluent in English
