The studio wasoriginally the office of owner Jamie Maitland's family, which is how the nameThe Office came to be. The details throughout the space are fun and unique, froma dungeon door at the entrance of the fitness room, to unicorns everywhere, includingon a mural in the bathroom. The Office features work by artist Jay Shogo – notonly did he design the unicorn mural, but Shogo is also the reason the heavybags feature the faces of icons like Biggie and Beyoncé.

A small grouptraining studio and one-stop fitness concept, The Office truly offers somethingfor everyone. Their classes range from Cardio, which is boxing-based, to Burn,focused on the smaller accessory muscles with slow, isolated movements, toStrength, which incorporates heavier weights for an upper and lower bodyworkout. Work is a full-body combination of all three classes where the trainerwill provide a wild card of a class. For beginners, there is also Level 1 - afull body introductory class that focuses on the workout fundamentals.

Once you enterthe main room, each station has its own set of equipment that will be useddepending on the class, including weights, bands, a bench, and a mat. Classsizes are kept small, meaning the instructor can be very attentive incorrecting form and challenging participants. Mirrors around the room also meanthat there is no hiding in the back corner of class.
