The G stands for "Green Generation." The juice bar started in 2014 with a shared family passion for fitness and health. Andrea Plazas, a graduated health coach, Diana Molina, a fitness passionate, and David Plazas, a juice enthusiast, realized that they were part of a lifestyle where most of their daily habits were around clean food, going to the gym, and preventive medicine.
Green G prides itself on quality ingredients and nutrient-packed recipes, with "superfoods all over their menu". They specialize in Acai Bowls, protein smoothies, and cold-pressed juices using their favorite cold-pressed method.
Plazas told us one of Green G's secrets for success: their Acai Bowl is a recipe made entirely by them.
“We don't buy frozen mix; we craft each bowl making it fresher and more delicious," says Plazas. "You might have to wait just a little longer than in other places, but quality takes time, right?”
