Morphē Health and Fitness Studio wants you to unleash your hidden potential for growth and life at their Little Havana studio.
MasterTrainer Roberto Santamarina’s goal is to help in the transformation ofphysical activity, spiritual awareness, and life positive habits.
"I opened Morphē Health and Fitness Studio back in 2006 inspired with an idea of creating a facility that held its own special energy, flow, and aura," said Santamarina. "A place clients would walk in and feel different just then."
Morphē's specialty is the Gravity Trainer System (GTS), that allows you to use your own body weight as resistance to tone your upper body, core and lower body. The GTS is similar to a machine you may find in a Pilates class, but gives users additional opportunities to strengthen muscles and improve on range of motion.
Someof the classes that use the Gravity Trainer include Yogravity, which combinesyoga and Pilates moves in a low and slow workout that will have you workinghard and feeling strong and calm when you leave, and Gravity Kickboxing, ahigh energy mix of gravity fitness and kickboxing. The small class size allowsfor more attentive trainers that are able to assist individually withadjustments and form.
Morphēalso has a bouldering room. Members can take classes and learn to climb, oradvanced climbers can come and use the room on their own. Morphē also offers1-1 coaching for both the GTS and bouldering.
Morphēoffers post-class smoothies made with organic ingredients and has showers forthose on the go. They also provide several in-house wellness services, including therapy for acute or chronic injuries or pains. Their modalitiesinclude electric muscle stimulation (EMS), ultrasound, stretching, massage, andenergy healing. Behind their building is a parking lot exclusively for Morphēclientele.
