The Pickleball House is coming to Miami on Friday, May 5 at the JW Marriott Marquis Miami. This one-day, exclusive pop-up pickleball event and networking experience will have a curated, open play for all levels, a competitive amateur tournament, and pop-up activations.
“I’m stoked to introduce The Pickleball House to Miami as our second event and create an epic pickleball experience where athletes, creatives and business professionals can enjoy the sport and network all under one roof,” said Drew Danzeisen, CEO and Founder of The Pickleball House. “On the 19th floor at this premium venue, in a city like Miami, we’re bringing the sport to new heights and I’m confident TPH will offer a one-of-a-kind sporting networking experience all while supporting two incredible organizations giving back to youth sports and raising awareness for protecting the environment.”
Recognizing a niche in the rapidly growing sport of pickleball, The Pickleball House was founded not only to host a unique networking sporting event but to launch a platform that has a significant local impact. The event has partnered with two organizations, Udonis Haslem's UD Foundation and Clean Miami Beach.
The UD Foundation, empowers youth through sports with a focus on mental health and will be co-hosting a pickleball youth clinic on May 6 at a local park, with two donated Pickleroll court surfaces from The Pickleball House. Additionally, Clean Miami Beach focuses efforts on raising awareness for eliminating single-use plastics and protecting Miami’s beaches. Clean Miami Beach will benefit from Alto Rideshare rides throughout the race weekend.
The Pickleball House’s Miami pop-up event will take place on the 19th floor of the JW Marriott Marquis Miami and feature three courts of pickleball play along with a dedicated networking lounge featuring a golf simulator, mini bowling lane, billiards, and sponsored activations.
