This summer it’s time to soak up the sun, sleep in, and enjoy your summer to the fullest. Whether you partied a little too hard the night before or are just simply are hitting the snooze button, we rounded up 15 classes that allow you to get a workout in without having to wake up with the weekend's sunrise.

  1. Sweat 440

At Sweat 440 there’s no need to stress about being late to a workout class, because classes start every 10 minutes. It’s a 40-minute workout with four, 10 minute stations. Weekends are dedicated to full body circuits, so prepare to get sweaty at this HIIT class.

  • Last Class Times: Saturday Last Group: 5:20pm, Sunday Last Group: 12:20pm

  1. Ahana Yoga

This yoga class is good for all level yogis who want to get a full body stretch with a good workout flow. The class can be intense as the instructors push you to achieve something new, but a lot of adjustments are provided to keep form and flow good.

  1. Maham Yoga

Looking to detox from the night before? This is the class for you. The room is heated and surrounded by infrared lighting to get all those toxins out. Be ready to sweat (a lot) to some upbeat hip-hop jams throughout this 60-minute-high intensity yoga class, you will be sore the next day!

  1. Fight Club Doral

Savage Saturday’s turn up at Fight Club Doral with an intense 60-minute HIIT kickboxing class. Be prepared to throw elbows, combo punches, and even some kicks. The trainers are highly skilled and knowledgeable, so you get to learn good form, and technique while getting a full body workout. There will be tons of core work between rounds, and even some burpees.

  1. Hot Yoga Brickell

Prepare to be lead through an intense 90-minute bikram style yoga class, which focuses on breathing exercises to engage the core and proper form throughout the class. All levels are welcomed as the instructor will assist you through the motions. Get ready to get sweaty!

  1. Soul Cycle

Looking to clip in for a ride on a Saturday afternoon? Well you’re in luck, Soul Cycle Coral Gables has one class at 4pm on Saturday’s that allows you to do that! Get ready to be motivated by the awesome instructor, and really push yourself through mountain tops and downhill sprints. Bonus: they always play the best jams.

  1. Tru Fusion

This studio has a variety of classes that you can hop into on the weekends.Yin fused: 75-minute class in a 100-degree room that emphasizes active recovery through vinyasa variations and opening the tightest parts of your body and some foam rolling action.Tru Pilates: 60-minute class in a 95-degree room that will make you shake, burn, and feel amazing all at the same time. The instructor is motivating, and the music is upbeat- it’s a full body workout.Tru Yin: 60-minute class in a 95-degree room that is all about sweating, but also having a relaxing workout based off stretching, and increasing flexibility.Barefoot boot camp: 60-minute workout in a 95-degree room that is intense. You use kettle bells, resistance bands, dumbbells, and an incorporation of yoga. It’s a full body workout in a heated room.

This is a difficult class, but open to all levels and people who want to get a nice burn. It works uncommon muscles that you typically don’t target with help from the instructor and reformer machines. The instructor is motivating and will assist with all positions and explain moves as the class goes on.

  1. Barry’s Bootcamp

Full-body Saturdays are the jam! You get a little bit of everything: Running, Resistance Bands, core work, weights, Plyo-work, and some arms + legs. It’s a great intense class to get your body moving before you brunch. Beware your entire body will be sore the next day in the best way.

  1. Sol Yoga

This is a great detox yoga class. It’s a heated yoga workout flow with infrared lighting to release any toxins your body is holding onto. The instructors are motivating, tentative and knowledgeable so they will be sure to keep your form is perfect. You will get a great stretch while getting sweaty.

  1. Original Hot Yoga 305

This is a challenging class open to all levels, and those who are looking to release stress and start the week on a fresh note. The instructors are certified trainers who ensure you get an incredible sweat but also emphasize relaxation at the same time. Not as ridged as most bikram classes the vibe is refreshing and comforting.

  1. Prana Yoga

This is a great guided yoga class that concentrates on breathing and relaxation. There’s a good flow of stretching, relaxation, and work. The instructors are kind, and helpful as they ease you into new positions. The vibe is chill, and the class is a great sweat.

An evening spin is a great way to burn some quick calories before getting into Saturday night activities. This 45-minute spin incorporates sprints, hill climbs, and tiny weighted pulsing movements to have your arms seriously burning. If you’re the competitive type bring your friends and compare speeds on their TV screens that track your bike to see how fast/slow you’re going
