You would have to had been living under a rock to not notice the brunch explosion that has taken place in Miami over recent years. With the top Miami restaurants picking up on the trend, how are we supposed to choose?Better yet, how can we brunch healthfully at the same time? Well, I’ve made it easy for you by listing out the top 10 healthiest brunches in the magic city (in no particular order) – which one will you hit up first?!Noa Café – Got me feeling some sort of way!This little spot is located just off the hustle and bustle of Biscayne Blvd. and around the corner from the Midtown Shops on NE 2nd Ave. With a focus on Mediterranean cuisine, I was delighted by the shashuka and had the best salmon burger ever. Get there early on weekends - it can fill up quickly!2711 N.E. 2nd Avenue, Miami, FL 33137Blue Collar: MIMO's Reining ChampBlue Collar prides itself not only on a daily rotation of braised dishes but also on an unprecedented variety of vegetables. The food is so well made, real and with no frills. Brunch here is a hit so don't be surprised if you have to wait, it will be worth it. The menu boasts Artichoke Benedict with Artichoke Hearts, Ciabatta, Lemon Aioli, a solid Smoked Salmon Benedict and a lovely Veggie Scramble with Broccoli, Asparagus, Provolone, San Marzano Tomato.
