The Wynwood Yard Prepares to Go Out With a Bang

The team behind The Wynwood Yard prepares to bid farewell to themagical space it has called home for 3.5 years on May 5, 2019, its final day.In honor of the big-hearted and supportive community of guests, collaborators,neighbors and partners that have given The Yard life, purpose and immensecheer, the team is inviting everyone to revel in the the most exciting,inspiring, creative and fun final three months.

Wynwood Yard founder Della Heiman created a video sharing her profound gratitude for everyone that has visited, enjoyed, celebrated and shaped The Yard, and her hopes for the grand finale “Magic Season.”

Catch legendary musical performances by local and national acts including everything from fusion quartet Electric Kif & Friends to South Florida’s Grateful Dead tribute band, Unlimited Devotion and Jersey Shore natives The Shady Street Show Band.

Foodies will revel communal feasts like  Indian Shabbat with Anita Sharmaand Mathew Webb of Annamon March 1st and Nutritious Nights: AnAphrodisiac Affair, with hosts Susan Cartiglia of RadiateMiami and Functional Medicine MD, Dr Jarred Mait will tickle your senses onApril 6th.

Yard Fest, a blowout celebration on The Yard’s last weekend, invites everyone from loyal #yardrats, out-of-town visitors, kids, and adults of every age to help The Yard go out with a bang! The grand finale farewell bash will feature over a dozen musical performances, fitness and wellness workshops, kid-friendly garden activities and much, much more.

As if that weren’t enough, The Yard’s regular jam-packed schedule of events brings a smorgasbord of family-friendly, fun and unique events to make each and every day at The Wynwood Yard remarkable.
