Yoga Joint opened in Hollywood this weekend, continuing their expansion in South Florida. The new studio is Yoga Joint's seventh and is located at 3251 Hollywood Boulevard, Suite #230.
Yoga Joint studios are all equipped with a world-class sound system, infrared heat, and impact-absorbing floors to make for an unforgettable class experience. Fully equipped spa-inspired change rooms and complimentary lockers ensure you leave the studio feeling and smelling brand new.
You have a choice of three classes at Yoga Joint - Flow, FIIT, and Restore.
- Flow - A vinyasa-inspired class designed to invoke your spirit, elevate your consciousness, and improve your self-confidence while healing both body and soul.
- FIIT - Upbeat playlists get your heart pumping in this HIIT-inspired workout. Featuring a combination of cardio, plyometrics, and a full-body workout, a multitude of weights and bands will intensify your workout.
- Restore - Heavily inspired by Yin yoga, a unique sequence of deep stretches, guided meditation, and restorative postures will help to speed up recovery time between workouts and calm a frazzled mind.
