Rise31 is Delray Beach's Newest Neighbor

Rise31 justbecame the latest neighbor in West Delray Beach, after opening their spin andyoga studio at the start of this year. Ride in a cycling class, reshape in ayoga classes, and reawaken with an in-house café – Rise31 gives members a 3-in-1experience, which is how they decided on the number in their name.

“Rise”represents inspiring people to achieve a higher level of results throughexercise. It also reminds participants that we rise by lifting others.

Thecycling classes feature impressive lighting, including a glowing sunrise on theback wall. Rhythm is Rise31’ssignature class, where participants ride to the beat of the music. Rise31 alsohas a True to the Road ride thatfocuses on resistance, speed, and intensity.

While membershave the option to receive their ride stats post-class, none of the classes arefocused specifically on metrics and numbers. Rise31 caters to the needs of bothcompetitive riders and those looking for a place to disconnect.

Yoga atRise31 features the In-Trinity board – a training platform that buildsstrength, deepens flexibility, and improves balance, coordination, and agility.

For thoselooking for a more traditional flow, they also offer classes on regular mats. Theyhave a unique Yin-Yasa class that isa blend of the traditional vinyasa and yin flows to both engage your musclesand relax your mind.

Inaddition to lockers, showers, and shoe rentals, Rise31 has its own coffee,smoothie, and juice bar, R-Café, in the lobby of the studio. Members canpreorder their beverage on the Rise31 app before class and it will be waitingfor them when they are finished their workout.

Committedto helping Delray Beach become a healthy and happy community, Rise31 is givingback by hosting a charity ride on the 31st day of each month. Alldonations will go to a local Palm Beach or Broward County charity organization.
