SOL Yoga, having just opened its flagship location in April in Wynwood, is expanding north with a Fort Lauderdale location opening in just a few short months. The new location is undergoing renovations and will not only offer the highest level of amenities, customer service, yoga teachers and class offerings, which is what SOL Yoga has come to be known for, but will feature a much larger, double-equipped studio with IV vitamin therapy, treatment rooms, onsite retail and healthy nutrition options.SOL Yoga, short for 'Secret of Life,' was founded by Cathy DeFrancesco, a business visionary, mother of four, CEO, developer and investor behind a variety of lifestyle brands. She’s also a certified holistic nutritionist, yoga instructor and world traveler, with a pulse on the latest innovations in health and wellness.

Of the new location, DeFrancesco says "with the SOL studios, my vision is to elevate ‘the yoga wellness space’ with beautiful design, premium amenities, health services, nutritional products and more. Giving every person - whether new to yoga or not, a place to truly ‘feel good here’ – our mantra, which I believe we’re doing so well at Wynwood, and hence why we’re opening more studios!"SOL Yoga Fort Lauderdale will open its doors at 835 NE 2nd Avenue. Aventura is the next location in the line-up.
