It's official. February 17th is opening day for Miami's newest boxing studio, The BOX, located in Midtown. Focused on catering to Miami's elite and fit, The BOX is set on creating an experience, in addition to one hell of a workout.All classes are non-combat and no bruising, so boxers will be fighting the bag, not eachother. However, boxers can expect powerful shadowboxing and guided heavy bag work, paired with high-energy and knowledgeable instructors as they sweat to the beat of their favorite song. The small class setting allows for every boxer to get the one-on-one instructor attention necessary to maximize their workout and reach their fitness and boxing goals.The BOX isn't just a soundproof room with 30 bags ready to take a beating. Inside the studio is a full lockeroom with all the necessary amenities (towels, hair products, etc.) and plenty of lockers.
