Give Skyler Roger ’s class "Sykbeat" a try - its a plyometric and aerobic based dance class featuring hip-hop dance moves.

The Vixen Workout Ever wanted to feel like you were the star of the stage? Then The Vixen Workout is perfect for you. This dance fitness format uses choreography, killer music remixes, and stage lighting so you can experience the limelight. The Vixen Workout creates an environment where you can release your emotions, connect to your body, and experience a sense of community. Classes, while fun, are also effective. Clients burn anywhere between 400 to over 1,000 calories.
