Miami is a great place to be a yogi. There are no shortages of amazing yoga studios, staffed with some top teacher talent. So if you're looking to discover a new yoga studio in Miami, we recommend putting your mat down at one of these spots.

Exhale

With locations in South Beach, Downtown Miami, and Aventura, Exhale has once again made our list of must-try yoga studios in Miami. Exhale's yoga program features four signature classes where you can strike a power pose, work on your core, restore and chill, or breathe deep. It doesn’t hurt that Exhale’s locations are at some of the most beautiful hotel properties in the 305. We recommend dropping in for a class with Jessica Marcarelli on South Beach.

SOL Yoga

SOL Yoga has been heating up the South Florida yoga community since it first burst onto the scene in 2018. Now with its flagship location in Wynwood, and a second location in Fort Lauderdale, SOL Yoga is one of the hottest studios in town. We recommend dropping in for a class with Dan Phalen.

TruFusion Coral Gables

The Coral Gables go-to yoga studio - TruFusion, has quickly made a name for itself since opening in early 2018. Offering Vinyasa, Yin, and Aerial, TruFusion is another studio that offers both heated and non-heated classes. You can sweat it out in TruFusion’s 95-degree studio, or stretch it out in the Yin room. A.Rod and J-Lo are known to drop-in frequently.

Casa Vinyasa

2018 was a great year for Yogis in the 305. South Miami welcomed Casa Vinyasa to the neighborhood. Owners Melissa Callahan and Lizzy Chiappy opened their heated space for seasoned yogis, athletes, beginners, weekend warriors and the yoga-curious. They offer a wide range of classes from power Vinyasa to restorative flow, and private sessions.

Modern ŌM

Modern ŌM is the clear leader in the South Florida mindfulness community, but get ready for their Yoga programming. Quick background, Modern ŌM was founded by the original Green Monkey Yoga founder, Myk Likhov. So if you've been longing for some of that old Green Monkey yoga magic, then lay down your mat at the Modern ŌM Bungalow inside Upper Buena Vista.

Pilathon

Two words - Rooftop Yoga. What better way to wind down your day, than a rooftop yoga flow with a 360 degree of the Magic City?! We certainly can't think of any, which is why Pilathon makes our list of must-try Miami yoga studios in 2020. We recommend booking a Pilates class while you're there.

Green Monkey Yoga

Once again making our list is Green Monkey Yoga, which advocates the mantra of "Live your Practice." This is felt the moment you walk through the doors of their Miami Beach location. Green Monkey Yoga devotees rave about how welcoming instructors are, making the studio feel like home.

Ahana Yoga

The Design District’s Ahana Yoga is another studio that has attracted quite a bit of attention from some of the most prominent instructors in the area to teach and practice. Ahana Yoga also offers teacher trainings, retreats, and an events schedule, to bolster their mission of building a connected fitness community.

Yoga Labs

Yoga Labs is new to the Miami yoga scene. Located in Coral Gables, Yoga Labs is generating quite a buzz, especially with their 30 days for $30 - the perfect way to give this studio a try in 2020.

Tropical Vinyasa

Sunset Harbour plays home to another one of Miami's top Yoga studios - Tropical Vinyasa. At our last count, Tropical Vinyasa offers 10 different class types. So whether you're looking for some Spiritual Vinyasa or a Sunrise Flow, Tropical Vinyasa has you covered.
