I was given a monitor to wear throughout my session to view my heart rate, time and calories burned.Jennifer guided me through every station, providing tips and instructions on each of the movements. This was my first time using the vibrating platforms, so this method was all new to me. I workout about six times a week by doing strength-training, spinning and other various methods, but I have never come across vibrating platforms. My session started off on the treadmill to warm-up, before I progressed to the 10 stations consisting of triceps, abs, back, pushups and more, for three rounds.VibeClass South Miami is open Monday- Saturday, offering various membership options and the first session free.
