BE21 Fitness opened its doors last month as the newest gym in Brickell. Located at 53 SW 11th Street in Miami, BE21 offers full gym access, group classes, and personalized membership options.

Business owner and former NFL star Stephen Tulloch celebrated the grand opening of his second Circle House Coffee location on Oakland Park Blvd., in Oakland Park on Saturday, October 30.

The Training Lab is a boutique gym offering barbell based movement classes. They have two main types of classes - Training Day and Strength. Training Day is a face-paced conditioning style class while strength is heavy lifting. The five main barbell movements are bench press, back squat, pull ups, overhead press, and deadlift.
